Great location & Very Clean

The staff is very sweet and accommodating! When we first arrived they placed us on the 3rd floor and we have a toddler so I knew that was going to be a noise complaint…I asked if they had any rooms on the 1st floor and she got us a room right away. The cleaning staff is very sweet. The rooms and laundry room and facility is very well kept and clean. I love that the windows can open and have a screen, so you can get some fresh air! What made me chose this hotel was they accept cats which is very hard to find!

I liked how clean the rooms were, how nice the staff were and feeling safe in the hotel and outside! I was just there to have soma piece and quiet, however this was my 2nd time staying there and my 1st stay was soooooo very nice and quiet. However, this time there was a dog next door that barked all day long. I let the manager know and she told me others had already complained to her about the dog. So she spoke to the family who was staying there and let them know something about keeping the dog quiet. But that didn't seem to matter to those guests and their dog continued to bark all day long. Very annoying! I love, love, love animals, but I dont understand why the manager didn't just tell them if it continued to happen then they would have to leave. Because who knows, someone might be staying there for out of town work and they work nights and sleep during the day. Then they have to deal with a dog that barks so loudly it's through the walls and you can here the dog in the hallway, all the way to the elevator. So I should have marked my stay as a 3 star but I forgot that part until I was asked this question. So, I feel if they weren't going to kick the family out, we the neighbors to this room should have been compensated in one way or another!

I have to admit I was apprehensive it being a motel 6 but I was not just pleasantly surprised I was thrilled. It was in great condition, clean and Nora on the front desk was not only friendly attentive & efficient but knowledgeable too. The room has plenty of space with a queen size bed closet and drawers. Full size fridge and microwave, comes with sink and twin hot plate.
